Staff Sergeant Nathaniel White

Nathaniel White was born to Russell and Lois White on August 31, 1960. He departed this earthly life on Wednesday, January 04, 2023 at his home in Snellville GA.

Nathaniel received his education from the Moore County School System. At the age of 19 after graduating from North Moore High School, Nathaniel left the small community of Haw Branch and joined the United States Army. Nathaniel served a total of 20 years; Nate served 13 years in the Army, and 7 years in the Army National Guard. While serving in the National Guard, Nathaniel started his civilian career by working full-time with the United States Postal Service in Atlanta GA, and part-time at UPS. Nathaniel retired from the United States Postal Service September 22, 2022. Nathaniel plans included: retiring from UPS within the next 3 years, and moving back to North Carolina. Nate enjoyed listening to music, traveling, laughing, and joking around with family and friends. Nate often talked about taking care of his mother, and spending time with family.

Nate was proceeded in death by his father Russell White; four siblings James White, Joe White, Gladys White, and Larry White; grandmother Evelyn White; great nephew
Josiah Ratliff. 

Nathaniel leaves to cherish his memory: mother, Lois White (Eugene) of Haw Branch NC; brother Russell White Jr. (Vicky) of Seagrove NC; sister-in-Law Kathy White of
Robbins NC; Thirteenth nieces and nephews; Twenty-five great nieces and nephews, one great-great nephew and his dog Missy. Also, a host of other family, friends, and
coworkers.
