Richard Carson Dunlap III, a loving son, an adventurous brother, uncle and nephew unexpectedly passed away Friday, November 13, 2020 at the age of 37 in Southern Pines, NC.
Richard (Richie Rich), the youngest son of Richard Dunlap Jr and the late Joanna Smith Dunlap was born in Chapel Hill, NC on December 23, 1982. Richard graduated from Laurinburg Institute in 2000, while attending High School at Richmond Senior High School, Richard played basketball, baseball and was in the marching band.
Richard's passion was rapping. He traveled to Atlanta, Georgia to pursue a career in the music industry as a Rapper with First the Business Records Company. His first CD; "$ Chuck Money" and Richie Rich also created one other CD before moving back to North Carolina, where he continued to work at various employment.
