Amanda
My heart aches but I can hear you picking saying,
"Girl stop crying, it will be ok; Don't mourn for me I'm in a better place."
No more suffering, no more pain,
But one thing for sure I know
Heaven gained a beautiful angel!
The kids are saying,
"Our babysitter is gone but we gotta stay strong;
So continue to watch over us from Heaven
And we love you, Auntie"
If we could see you one last time
we would all go back and hit rewind
just to say goodbye, my aunt, my sister,
my daughter, my Godmother, my cousin,
and best friend to the end.
I know we all got to go but if I could rewind
I'll do it twice and say I love you
and just pick one last time.
R.I.P. Manda and you may be gone
but in our hearts you'll forever stay.
