Obituary
Patricia Williams, the daughter of the late Broughton and Reba Williams, was born on February 6, 1956 in Anchorage, Alaska. She departed her earthly journey for eternal rest on Friday, September 16, 2022 at UNC Hospitals in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
On June 2, 1984, she married the late Horace Goldston, To this union, they shared a beloved daughter of whom they named Ramana.
Later in life she changed her name to Cheyenne Rana Franklin. She then married Billy Buffin.
She worked for the Department of Public Safety (DPS) of North Carolina for over twenty years.
Surviving to cherish her loving memories are: her daughter, Ramana Goldston; step-son Brandon Goldston; grandsons, Miles and Sidney; husband, Billy Buffin; brothers, Ronnie, Reggie and Ritchie; sister-in-law, Rhonda Goldston; brothers-in-law, Eric, Garry, and Rodney; her beloved dogs, Paris, Lil Boy, and Maverick; and a host of friends.
