Mrs. Hilda S Holder

Obituary
Hilda Gray Holder, 81, of Siler City, went home to be with Jesus on February 2, 2022. She was an adoring mother, grandma and friend, but most importantly, she was a proud child of God.

A longtime employee of S&S Institute, Hilda was no stranger to anyone. She had a laugh that could fill the room and a heart full of gold. She loved her Gospel music and TV programs as well as striking up a conversation with anyone close by. She loved to laugh and to have fun and wanted everyone to do the same.

She was smart and full of wisdom; always reminding everyone to count their blessings and to look up to heaven and know that God never leaves us or forsakes us.

Hilda enjoyed the simplest of pleasures in life knowing that family and God were the most precious of things. She always took from herself to give to others and never ceased to put others before herself.

She lived such a hard life that was plagued with many difficulties and struggles, but continued to cling to her strong faith in Christ until the very end; always professing that God is the answer. 

Though Hilda is no longer on this earth, she is finally home and still very much alive and cherished by her family, friends and by all who knew her. She will forever be loved, always be missed and will never be forgotten.

Hilda was preceded in death by her beloved mother, father and son.
She is survived by: her dear daughter, Sandra Cheryl Holder

Johnson; grandchildren, Crystal, Daniel, Timothy (Jenny),

Staci, Shana, Chuck (Emily), and Brad (Heather); a multitude

of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends whom

she all loved so dearly.
