Obituary
Claudia Mauldin Graves was born to the late Claude and Mozelle Mauldin on February 13, 1938. She departed this earthly life on Friday, December 23, 2022.
She loved spending time with her family, cooking, and talking on the phone to her siblings. She also showed love and support to her community anyway necessary. You often would find her babysitting children in the community, sitting with someone at the nursing home, or in their home. Everybody loved her banana pudding.
She was preceded in death by her son Michael Graves; one great grandchild; three sisters, Myrtle Scotton, Judy McNeil, and Mozella Rodgers; two brothers, Howard Dark and John Mauldin Jr.
Her legacy includes three surviving children: Keith Graves, Diane Cheek, and Ricky Graves, all of Siler City NC; two sisters, Ruth Foxx (Carl) of Siler City NC, and Daisy Barton of Liberty NC; one brother Kerney “Pudding” Mauldin of Siler City NC. Claudia, AKA Tookie is also survived by nine grandchildren, and twelve great grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.
