Mr. Russell Williams

Mr. Russell Williams, was born on February 21, 1947 to Buck Smith and Dorothy Williams in Chatham County, NC. He passed away on June 12, 2020 in Guilford County, NC. 

Russell grew up in Siler City, NC and graduated of Chatham High School. He attended First Missionary Baptist Church. Russell was employed at Selig Manufacturing Company, Inc. before moving to Greensboro, NC in 1990. He enjoyed landscaping and fishing. 

Russell is survived by three daughters, De'borah Moffitt of Siler City, NC, Kendra Hamilton (Robert) of Mebane, NC and Shandal Williams of Whitsett, NC; one sister, Peggy Siler of Fayetteville, NC; one brother, Clayton Williams of Burlington, NC; three grandchildren, Larisa Hamilton of Greensboro, NC, Essence Neal of Whitsett, NC and Tre'bor Hamilton of Mebane, NC; one great grandson, Lennon McDonald of Greensboro, NC; nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his sister, Mary Williams.
