Mr. Roy Earl Brim

REFLECTIONS OF LIFE

Roy Earl “Pepsi” Brim, was born September 13, 1960 to the late George Welborn Brim, Jr and Katherine Page Brim in Pittsboro,  Chatham Co, North Carolina. October 16, 1981 he was united in  Holy Matrimony to Shirley Mason Brim of Siler City, North Carolina.  To there union, they were blessed with two sons. 

On April 20, 2021, at the age of 60, Roy departed his earthly body and  made a transition to his final resting place. He was proceeded in death  by his parents, George Welborn Brim, Jr and Katherine Page Brim;  and three brothers, Michael Brim, Sherman Brim and Jerry Cotten.  

He leaves to cherish his memories, a devoted wife, Shirley Mason  Brim of Siler City North Carolina; two sons, Michael Terrill (Brittany)  Brim of Vicenza, Italy and Craig Lamont (Jamila) Brim of Robbins,  North Carolina; two sisters, Jacqueline Brim of Pittsboro, North  Carolina and Laurie Faye Brim of Siler City, North Carolina; nine  grandchildren, Africa Mason, Taquez Mason, Taquan Mason,  McKyah Brim, Brianna Brim, Meya Brim, Nalayjah Brown, Ta’Shyn  Brim and Nevaeh Brim and a host of other family and friends. 

Life is but a stopping place, A pause in what's to be, 

A resting place along the road, To sweet eternity. 

We all have different journeys, Different paths along the way, 

We all are meant to learn some things, But never meant to stay... 

Our destination is a place, Far greater than we know. 

For some, the journey's quicker, For some the journey's slow. 

And when the journey finally ends, We'll claim a great reward, 

And find an everlasting peace, Together with the Lord.
