Obituary

Larry Darnell White left his earthly life on October 1,2020 at UNC Hospital in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. He was born to Lois White and the late Russell White,Sr. He attended North Moore High School in Robbins, North Carolina.

He worked many years in masonry and farming until his health declined. He also loved spending time with his grandkids and having family cookouts. 

He was preceded in death by: his father, Russell White,Sr.; brothers, James White and Joe White; and his sister, Gladys White. 

Larry leaves to cherish his memories, his mother, Lois White (Eugene Snipes)of HawBranch, North Carolina; four children, Antonio Headen, Melisa White, Jessica White and Larry White all of Siler City, North Carolina; two brothers, Russell White, Jr. (Vickile) of Seagrove, North Carolina and Nathaniel White of Atlanta, Georgia; twelve grandchildren; a sister-in-law, Kathy White; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

My Hero 

You held our hand 

When we were small 

You caught us when we fell.

You’re the hero of our childhood

And our later years as well.

And every time we think of you,

Our hearts still fill with pride, 

Though we’ll always miss you Dad,

We know you’re by our side.

In laughter and in sorrow
