Mr. Keith Farrar

Mr. Keith Vinson Farrar, also known as Wild Bill, was born December 12, 1951 to the late Clifton and Clementine Farrar. Keith transitioned to his heavenly home on Saturday, May 23, 2020 at UNC Hospital. He joined Olivers Chapel A.M.E. Zion Church at an early age. He was married for 48 years to Stephana Farrar; during this union one child was born, Joel Keith Farrar. Keith also gained a daughter, Carla Williams. 

Keith loved and lived the simple life. He was a mechanic and a jack of all trades. He was preceded in death by: his father, Clifton; brother, Fletcher; and daughter, Carla. Keith leaves to cherish his memories: his wife, Stephana Farrar; his mother, Clementine Farrar; two sons, Joel Farrar of the home and Roderick Cheek of Greenville, SC; two daughters, Marcella Genus (Glen) of Greensboro, NC and Shirlene Staley of Staley, NC, nine grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends who will miss him dearly.
