Mr. Isaac Abiola Coker

Obituary

 Isaac Abiola Coker grew up in Nigeria, where he attended grade school and was enthusiastic about his studies. He was an avid soccer fan and also loved to play the game. At a very young age, he helped his mother and father with their businesses.

He moved to the United States in the 1970's and studied Pharmacy along with Nuclear Medicine Technology. He was passionate about studies toward science and mathematics. he worked for decades within the Pharmaceutical and Nuclear Medicine Technology industries in the Hampton Roads area.

He was a spiritual family man who loved to be with family, friends, and neighbors. He also devoted himself to helping others in need. He loved his wife of 44 years. He also adored and loved his daughter, son, and two grandchildren.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory: his wife, Betty Ann Brooks Coker; his children, Liza Lola Coker and John Marcus Coker; his siblings, Funmilayo Aluko; and his extended family in the United States, Nigeria, the United Kingdom and Australia.
