Mr. Billy Joe Alston

Billy Joe Alston (Bill) peacefully departed this life on July 11, 2020 at his residence in Siler City, North Carolina 27344 at the age of 58. He was born on May 1, 1962. 

Bill was known for his huge smile, kindness and great disposition. He never had any negative comments toward anyone. He always was looking to please. He loved to go places and do joyful things even when his health began to affect him; he never had any negative comments toward anyone. He always was looking to please. He loved to go places and do joyful things even when his health began to affect him; he never complained. 

Bill is survived by his mother, Betty Mae Alston of Siler City, NC (his father, Richard Alston, preceded him in death); one brother, Barry Alston of Asheboro, NC; one sister, Angie Alston (Kejuan Shuford) of Franklinville, NC; one uncle, Robert Earl Alston (Jackie) of Pittsboro, NC; two aunts, Bobby Ann Glover (Joseph) of Silk Hope, NC and Evangelist Lucille Brooks (Ellis) of Silk Hope, NC; and a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
